Terms of Sale: C100 Child Arrangements and Non-Molestation Response Pack

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Noverquis Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17521667, registered office 37 Longfellow Way, London SE1 5TB ("we", "us"). Email: info@familycourtdad.co.uk. We are not VAT registered. We are not a law firm and are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Bar Standards Board or any other legal regulator.

2. What we sell

A downloadable set of nine self-help documents about child arrangements applications on Form C100 and responding to non-molestation applications in the Family Court of England and Wales (the "Pack"), as described on the product page. We sell to consumers, meaning individuals buying for purposes outside their trade or profession. The Pack is written for England and Wales. We do not offer it as advice for any other legal system.

3. Not legal advice

The Pack is general information and templates. It is not legal advice, does not create a solicitor-client relationship, and does not take your particular circumstances into account. We do not give individual advice, we cannot review your documents or your case, and we cannot tell you what to do about a court order. We do not promise any outcome. Law, forms, fees and court deadlines change. The Pack states the date on which they were checked (30 October 2026). You are responsible for checking the current rules and the dates in your court papers, for the accuracy of what you put in any document you send or file, and for obeying every court order. If you can, get advice from a solicitor, a Law Centre or an advice service.

4. Price and VAT

The price is GBP 39, shown at checkout. No VAT is charged, because we are not VAT registered. There are no other charges from us. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own fees.

5. How the contract is made and delivery

A contract is made when you complete payment and we send an order confirmation. Payment is taken by Stripe (see our privacy notice). Delivery is by instant digital download from the page shown after payment, and we email a confirmation to the address you gave. If you do not have access within one hour of paying, email info@familycourtdad.co.uk with your order details and we will provide it.

6. Digital content: express consent and loss of the right to cancel

You would normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel a distance contract without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, you lose that right if we start supplying the content within the 14 days with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose your right to cancel once supply has started (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 37).

At checkout you will be asked to tick a box giving that consent and acknowledgement. If you do not tick it, we will not give you access during the 14 days and you may cancel within that period. If you tick it, access begins immediately and you cannot cancel for a change of mind once the download has begun. We will confirm your consent and acknowledgement in the confirmation email.

7. Your legal rights if something is wrong

This section does not limit your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose you made known to us, and as described. If the Pack does not download, is corrupted, is missing a document listed on the product page, or is otherwise not as described, tell us at info@familycourtdad.co.uk. We will repair or replace it. If we cannot or do not do so within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund as the Act provides. You may also have a right to compensation for damage to your device or other digital content caused by faulty digital content.

A change of mind after you have consented to immediate supply (section 6) is not a fault, and we do not refund on that basis. A court or advisor taking a different view from a template, or a change in the law after 30 October 2026, is not a fault in the Pack. We do not promise to update your copy.

8. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for the outcome of any court application or response, or for decisions of a court or of Cafcass. We are also not responsible for missed deadlines or for losses arising from your using a template without taking the advice the Pack recommends, unless the loss is caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not accept liability for business losses, because you are buying as a consumer.

9. Licence and copyright

The Pack is copyright of Noverquis Ltd. You may use it for your own case and print or copy it for that purpose, including for the court and the other party. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it, or use it to provide a service to others.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy, email info@familycourtdad.co.uk with your order details. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to reply fully within 14 days. We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. You may also seek advice from Citizens Advice, and you keep the right to go to court.

11. Personal data

See our privacy notice. We use your data only to take payment, deliver the Pack, support you and meet our legal duties.

12. Changes to the Pack and to these terms

We may update the Pack. We do not promise to send you updates after purchase. We may change these terms for future orders. The terms in force when you pay apply to your order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts there, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live.
