We do not ask for details of your family, your children, your court case or any order, and we do not see what you write in the templates. Please do not email us details of your case. If you do, we will treat it as confidential and delete it once your query is dealt with, unless we need to keep it to meet a legal duty.
Who we share data with
- Stripe takes payment. Stripe receives your payment details and processes them under its own privacy notice, https://stripe.com/gb/privacy. For payment processing Stripe acts as an independent controller as well as processing some data for us. Stripe may process data outside the UK, using recognised safeguards for transfers.
- Our website hosting, file delivery and email providers, who process data for us under contract.
- Our accountants or professional advisers if needed, and public authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep order and consent records for 6 years, to meet accounting, tax and legal-claims needs. We keep support messages for 2 years. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it where we have no reason to keep it, to restrict or object to our use of it, and, where relevant, to move it. Email privacy@familycourtdad.co.uk. We will reply within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, https://ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113, though we would like the chance to put things right first.
